1. Download the Gltools below the post already has a tutorial on how to install it.
2 Select the game you want to decrease the lag.
3 Select the first option from Enable Custom Settings, then Force 16-bit rendering, then go Downscale Textures and select Limit 128x128 or less, do not decrease much, because the game will stay with horrible graphics, the Options and Textures Textures Descompression Recompression select All.
4 Ready Now just open the game and it will be running on your machine and the lag will be almost zero.
